- •The stadium opens 1.5 hours before an Ajax match; main entrance E opens 2.5 hours before.
- •Bags larger than A4 (30 × 21 × 10 cm) are refused and can't be left at the entrances; paid Lockerpoint lockers are above the Ziggo Dome and at P5 by Villa ArenA.
- •Payment inside is by card or phone only (no cash); you can't bring in food or drink, and alcohol isn't served to under-18s.
- •Ajax tickets are mobile tickets in the Ajax app and need a verified account; the house rules also require valid ID.

Parking
Book parking in advance: most municipal garages (P1–P6, P10, P14, P18) open 4 hours before the event and close about 2 hours after, while P7–P9 and Amstel III usually open 3 hours before. Ajax also sells a limited number of parking cards per car park through its ticket shop.
136 places are reserved for disabled supporters; Ajax sells them in pairs with a companion ticket to holders of its free Club Card Mindervaliden, with lift access via entrances North B and South H from the P1 garage.
