Matchday essentials
Everything you need to know before visiting Gillette Stadium
- •For Revolution matches, gates open one hour before kickoff (75 minutes for Season Members); tickets are mobile-only and the stadium is cashless.
- •Bags must be clear (up to 12 x 12 x 6 in, or a one-gallon freezer bag) or a small wristlet up to 6.5 x 4.5 in; noisemakers, air horns and vuvuzelas are banned.
- •Tailgating may begin when the general lots open (two hours before Revolution kickoffs, four before Patriots games); open fires, fire pits, kegs and professional tailgates are not allowed.
- •The Fort (sections 141-143) is the Revolution supporters' section, home to groups including the Midnight Riders and The Rebellion; fans wearing the opposing team's jersey may not sit there.
Transit
MBTA Commuter Rail event trains from Boston's South Station (and from Providence for some events) run to Foxboro station, about a quarter-mile from the stadium, for every Patriots game but only for select Revolution matches. The regular Franklin/Foxboro Line runs on weekdays only and is not timed to events.

Parking
Parking is free for all Revolution matches; lots open two hours before kickoff (three for Season Members). For Patriots games and concerts, general parking across Route 1 is free, while stadium-side spaces need a prepaid pass.
Wheelchair and companion seating is on every level; buy it on Ticketmaster using the Accessibility filter, or call the Ticket Office on 800-543-1776. ADA parking requires a valid state placard or plate; for Revolution matches it is in Lots 4, 5 and 6 (from the north) and Lot 22 (from the south).
