- •Entry is allowed only until the 75th minute; after that, no one is let in.
- •Expect searches at the gates: fireworks, weapons and pyrotechnics are banned, and alcohol may not be brought in or drunk inside.
- •Museu Benfica – Cosme Damião (entrance by Door 10) is closed on men's first-team match days at the stadium, so visit on another day.
- •Be in your seat before kick-off to see the eagle Vitória's pre-match flight across the pitch, which usually ends on the club crest.

Parking
The stadium's public car park (run by Placegar; P1–P3 and P5) is closed on match and event days, with P5 closing from 15:00, so plan to arrive by metro, bus or train.
The stadium has 72 wheelchair spaces on Level 0, each with an adjacent companion seat, reached through adapted turnstiles at 12 doors across all four stands. Colégio Militar/Luz metro station has had street-to-platform lifts since 2020.
