- •Entry requires a valid digital or physical ticket; bags are searched, there is no re-entry, and children taller than 80 cm need their own ticket.
- •Prohibited items include outside food and drink, bags and suitcases, umbrellas, power banks, selfie sticks, flares and laser pointers; smoking and vaping are banned inside and near the entrances.
- •Food and drink stands around the stadium accept both cash and card.
- •The stadium sits about 2,240 m (7,350 ft) above sea level, below the 2,500 m from which the UK travel-health agency NaTHNaC warns of altitude-illness risk.
Transit
Take Metro Line 2 to its Tasqueña terminus and change to the Tren Ligero (light rail) toward Xochimilco; Estadio Azteca station is on Calzada de Tlalpan, at the stadium's doorstep.

Parking
The general car park has about 3,200 spaces; passes are sold in advance through Fanki (listed at MXN 454.72, price varies by event) and are subject to availability, and parking can be restricted at high-demand matches. For Club América home games the club also sells Park & Ride shuttles to the CECAP, 500 m from the stadium.
Under the stadium's 2026 rules disabled visitors get adapted seating, ramps and lifts, and a wheelchair assistance service is available; request assistance through the stadium's online form at least 48 hours before the event.
