“Trusted Senegalese full-back who keeps the flank calm and connected.”
GoalPost verdict
GoalPost score (GPS)
GoalPost read
He remains a useful veteran full back, with his strongest recent spell at Real Betis. A league-level discount and no locked-in starting role hold him back.

Analysis overview
Sabaly is a seasoned, disciplined full-back who reads danger early and rarely loses his shape. He gives Senegal steady width, chooses his moments to overlap, and keeps the ball moving with clean, unhurried actions rather than flashy surges. His value is in timing, positioning, and the kind of veteran reliability that settles a back line.
