GoalPost read
David Raya is a veteran goalkeeper with rare quality in his position, and his recent spell at Brentford showed how much control he brings. That profile still carries clear value.

Analysis overview
Raya operates as an aggressive sweeper-keeper, constantly stepping off his line to compress attacking play and claim possession in transition. His physical presence and high-intensity ball recovery work make him as much a fourth defender as a shot-stopper, with a clear mandate to dominate the box rather than simply react to it.
