Everton beat Coventry City 3–1 at Hill Dickinson Stadium on Friday in the 10th round of the Premier League.
Yann Gboho gave Coventry the lead early in the second half. Barry soon headed in Vitaliy Mykolenko's cross and scored again in the 61st minute, then set up Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall for the third in the 81st.
Coventry had two penalty appeals turned down, TNT Sports reports, one in the first half against James Tarkowski and one for a Mykolenko challenge that VAR judged began outside the box.
Everton have 16 points and passed Liverpool into fifth, the AP reports. Coventry are 16th. It was Moyes's 592nd game as Everton manager, level with Catterick's record.
