Goals

Match Report

Cadiz came from behind and finished the job with A. Pascual off the bench. J. Lopez put Xerez in front in the 2nd minute after R. Mesa set him up, but C. Gutierrez leveled for Cadiz before the half-hour and gave the visitors a foothold they never let go of. Pascual, introduced from the bench, made it 2-1 just after the hour, and B. Vazquez added the third late on to end it. Cadiz had the cleaner finish when it mattered; Xerez’s early lead was gone long before the closing minutes. Cadiz are into the next round, and Xerez’s Copa del Rey run is over.
