Match Report
Al-Jazira found the break late and never let Muharraq back in. For more than an hour, it was tight and largely empty of clear chances, with neither side making much of the ball. Then Bruno Oliveira, off the bench, slid in Vinicius Mello at 63' to open it up, and six minutes later Nermin Mujkic set up Bruno for the second. That was the game. Muharraq never found a reply, and Igor Serrote, another substitute, added the third in stoppage time from Milson’s pass. Mujkic was named player of the match for his part in the middle of it all, while Al-Jazira moved to 10 points and top of Group B and left Muharraq third on 3 after four games.
