Match Report
Modena had the better of it, more of the ball and the clearer chances, but Mantova found a way back late through their substitute. Andrea Belotti put Modena ahead in the 52nd minute, steering in Giuseppe Ambrosino’s pass, and for a long stretch that looked like enough against a Mantova side that rarely threatened. Then Matteo Spinaccè came off the bench and leveled in the 84th, finishing Davide Bragantini’s assist to leave Modena with only one goal to show for all that control. Spinaccè was named player of the match for that intervention. The draw leaves Modena second in Serie B on 20 points after 10 games, with Mantova fourth on 18.
