Match Report
Heracles controlled this from the start and turned a patient grip into a 3-0 win over Waalwijk. Waalwijk spent most of the night chasing shadows, with Heracles on the ball more often and finding the cleaner chances, and T. van Gilst broke it open from the spot in the 51st minute after the break. D. Mirani then stepped onto C. Abbas’s delivery to make it 2-0 in the 65th minute, and Manny finished the job three minutes later from M. Benita’s assist. Mirani was named player of the match for a goal and a central role in the finish. Heracles stay top of the Eerste Divisie regular season on 25 points after 10 games; Waalwijk sit seventh on 14.
