Match Report
Aris Thessalonikis had this under control from the third minute and never really let go. Fabiano arrived at the far end of Bruma’s cross to open the scoring, Serginho pulled Atromitos level six minutes later after Steven Zuber found him, and then Christian Kouamé put Aris back in front before the game had settled into its shape. Jeremy Pétris made it 3-1 four minutes later, finishing Uros Račić’s pass and leaving Atromitos with little more than a brief spell that never turned into pressure. Kouamé was the one who kept Aris moving through the middle, and he was named player of the match for it. Aris move to 16 points after eight games; Atromitos are on 2, and the gap between them looked exactly like the scoreline.
